William B. Widlowski A�??Woody,A�?i�� age 72, at rest on Sunday, November 4, 2012 with his loving family by his side.
Survived by his loving wife of 50 years Shirley A. Widlowski (nee Farr); three sons Stephen (Kelly), Jeffrey and Douglas (Melissa) Widlowski; six grandchildren Zachary, Emily, Nicholas, Lauren, Kayla, and Brett Widlowski; his mother Gertrude Lenci (nee Cheney) of Harlingen TX; one brother Robert (Patricia) of New Lenox, IL; three brothers-in-law William Bonucci, John (Debbie) Farr, and Phillip Farr; mother-in-law Virginia Farr of Joliet; numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
Preceded in death by his father Frank Widlowski; father-in-law Herb Farr; step father Nino Lenci; sister-in-law Jean Bonucci; and brother-in-law Donald Farr.
William was a life-long resident of Joliet and graduated from J.T.H.S. class of 1958. He retired from Ironworkers Local #444 after 30 excellent years of service. William was veteran of the United States Army and spent 10 years as coach for the Rivals little league baseball team. He was an honorary member of NRC and the Moran A.C. William spent many of his retired years on the golf course and watching the Chicago White Sox.

A Celebration of WilliamA�??s life will begin on Thursday, November 8, 2012 at 9:30 a.m. with prayers at the funeral home chapel then moving in procession to St. Mary Nativity Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Interment at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood. Visitation will be on Wednesday, November 7, 2012 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at TezakA�??s Home to Celebrate Life.
