William Krizmanic
January 7, 1923 — February 19, 2011
William Krizmanic, age 88, of Joliet, died on Saturday, February 19, 2011 at Provena St. Joseph Medical Center.
He is survived by; his wife of 23 years Frances (nee Mandac - Underhill) Krizmanic, his children Bruce (Amy) Krizmanic, Jacqueline (Kevin) Cottle, William (Stephanie) Krizmanic, Mark (Julia) Krizmanic, Chris (Lisa) Underhill, Mark (Dawn) Underhill, and Sharon (Craig) Shearer; his sister Kathyrn (late Charles) Domiter and brother Edward (late Cecilia) Krizmanic, 17 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren; a special nephew Karl (Clarice) Kofoid, who was like his oldest son; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Bill was preceded by his first wife Beverly (nee Miner) Krizmanic (1973), his parents, Joseph and Katarina (nee Janes) Krizmanic, siblings Joseph (late Mary) Krizmanic, Steve (late Mary) Krizmanic, Frank Krizmanic, Antonia (late Leland) Kofoid, and Rudy Krizmanic.
Along with his brothers Ed and Steve he was co-owner of Krizmanic Construction in the Will County area for 35 years. He was a member of the Bricklayers Local #14 for many years.
According to Bill"s wishes, cremation rites have been accorded. Private inurnment will take place at a later date. A Memorial Visitation will be held on this Wednesday, February 23, 2011 from 4- 8 PM
