Wendell R Sineni

Wendell R. Sineni ""Windy"" Age 79. at rest Sunday, February 5, 2006 at the Joliet Area Community Hospice Home with his family by his side. Survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Loretta M. (nee Toomey) Sineni. Loving father of Wendellin ""Wendy"" (Nick) McMurray of Las Vegas, NV and Robert (Donna) Sineni. Dearest grandfather of David (Laura), Paul Goodman, and Robert (Loren) Sineni; two great-grandchildren, Sarah and Joshua Sineni and Jacob Goodman; a sister, Marcella (late Matthew) Gudac. Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. Preceded in death by his parents, Jacob and Ann (nee Sciarini) Sineni; two grandchildren, Marie Sineni and Daniel Sineni; and a brother, Russell (Louise ""Crikett"") Sineni. Wendell was born in Joliet and was a lifelong area resident. He served in the United States Air Force during World War II and received numerous citations. Wendell retired as an Iron Worker from Local #444 in Joliet after 40 years of service. He was an avid fisherman and hunter.
