At rest on January 28, 2008 at Sunny Hill Nursing Home with
his family by his side.
Survived by his daughters, Judy (late Gene) Koren, Jackie Meszaros, Jeanne DeLucio; son, David (Marietta) Jerzycki; nine grandchildren, Dan, Randy (Lisa), Scott Koren, Adam Meszaros, Julisa DeLucio, Amber (Bill) McDowell, Josh DeLucio, Lara and Bryan Jerzycki; two great-grandchildren, Ian Stanley and Connor Wallace Koren. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Preceded in death by his wife Julia (nee Koniuszy); parents Walter and Josephine (nee Kozlowski); four sisters Bernice, Theresa, Marianne, Ester; four brothers Edmund, Leonard, Raymond and Clarence.
Wallace was born on April 1, 1919 in Joliet, IL. Married on June 1, 1941 to Julia Koniuszy. He attended Holy Cross Grade School and Joliet Township High School. Retired from Texaco Refinery, Lockport, IL. Lifelong parishioner of Holy Cross Church. Wallace was a devoted father who loved music who was also a lifelong golfer. He was loved by all who knew him and will be greatly missed.
From where services will be held on Friday, February 1, 2008 at Holy Cross Church for a Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 AM.

Visitation will be on Friday at Holy Cross beginning at 10:00 AM until the time of the service.
