Virginia R. Huddlestun

Virginia R. Huddlestun, 85, passed away on Wednesday, August 31, 2022.

She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Virginia enjoyed watching her soaps, traveling, bird watching, baby sitting, sewing and especially loved her Randy Travis music

Preceded in death by her: husband Ben Huddlestun; one son: James Daniel Huddlestun; her sibilings: Rex Hinkle, Dean Hinkle, Leila Gibson, Ruth Newlin, Nolan Hinkle and Lorene King

Left to cherish her memory are her; children, Deborah (Randall) Sherman, Janis (George) Harris, Nancy (David) Brooks, Teresa (Dan) Seeman and John (Karen) Huddlestun; grandchildren, Karen (Tim) Lewis,  Rachel  Sherman, Michelle Corrado, Joshua (Anne) Brooks, Jacob Brooks, Joy (Alex) Brooks, Jonathon Brooks, Jasmine Brooks, Eric (Stephanie) Seeman, Brandon (Jamie) Seeman, Elizabeth Seeman, Alex Seeman, Mitchell, Jessica( Luke Levandowski), Becca, Andrew and Kara Huddlestun; 15 great-grandchildren and her two brothers Don Hinkle and Ken Hinkle as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

A celebration of Virginia’s life will be held on Saturday, September 3, 2022 at Tezak Funeral Home with visitation being held from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. with a chapel service to begin at 4:00 P.M.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. with funeral procession departing Tezak Funeral Home at 10:00 A.M. to Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood, IL. where she will be laid to rest with her husband.
