She was an employee at the Joliet Medical Group for 16 years.  Virginia married Franklin Cheville (deceased) on October 27, 1951. They enjoyed 55 years of fun adventures with family and friends.

Virginia loved life and loved being actively involved with her family. She was an avid reader, enjoyed sharing stories, and was involved in many book clubs over the year. She was a long-time member of the Grace Methodist Church in Joliet, IL. Virginia was a genius at crossword puzzles and loved playing Words with Friends with an eclectic group of people.
Some of Virginia’s last words were, “I’ve lived a wonderful life, I’ve had lots of fun with family and friends, and I wish everyone would be kind and love one another unconditionally.”

Please omit flowers. Donations can be made to the Joliet Area Community Hospice or Morning Star Mission, as Virginia was appreciative of the services these organizations provide.
