Viola J. Forment

Viola J. Forment nee Lyman, age 96, of Joliet, at rest on Wednesday, March 13, 2013 at Presence St. Joseph Hospital. Survived by her daughter, Sharyn J. (the late Richard) Woodruff; her loving grandchildren, Holly A. (Michael) Witczak, Michael Woodruff and Colleen (Sean Yeo) Woodruff; great-grandchildren, Ryan, Rachel, Nolan and Kennedi MacDowell and Samantha Witczak; and her dear caregiver, Jamie Pfeiffer.
Preceded in death by her husband, Carl W. Forment and parents, James C. and Mary C. Lyman.
Viola was a past member of the Catholic WomenA�??s League.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Jamie Pfeiffer for the excellent care she gave Viola.
The family of Viola invites all relatives and friends to a committal service to be held on Monday March 18, 2013 at 1:00 pm at the Woodlawn Memorial Park chapel.
