Loving Mother of Peter (Carol), James (Lisa), Michael, and Edward Baker, Dearest grandmother of Alyssa, Jessica and Joshua Baker, loving sister of Ruth (late John) Bonder, Mary (late John) Batok, Patricia (late Raymond) Gabert, two sisters-in-law Elizabeth Barsley, and Sally Barsley, cousin Charles (Shirley) Wilson, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. Preceded in death by her Husband Harold M. Baker, parents Edward A. and Veronica K, (nee Lersch) Barsley, two brothers Edward and David Barsley. Veronica was born in Chicago, Il. and a resident of Crest Hill since July of 1997 formerly a parishioner of St. Pancratius Parish in Chicago. A Celebration of Veronica's life will be held on Saturday morning, with prayers at the funeral home at 9:30, then in procession to St. Ambrose Church Crest Hill for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM. Private Inurnment at Abraham Lincoln Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 2 to 9 PM.
