Traeger A. Moore, 22 months, passed away tragically on Saturday, July 29, 2017.
Traeger is survived by his loving mother, Jennifer L. Rafac; father, Alan Moore; 2 brothers, Rusten and Syler Deihs; grandparents, Kathy (nee Smith) and Russ Farrey; great-grandmother, Doris Farrey; great-grandfather, Marvin Smith; Aunts, Carmon Hardy and Crystall Tipton; cousins, Alauna Farrey and Alistair Hardy.
Preceded in death by great-grandmother, Lois Smith; and grandfather, John Rafac.
Traeger loved super heroes, especially Captain America, guitars and the Chicago Blackhawks. He was an adventurous, strong, legendary son and grandson who will be deeply missed by all who knew him. A smile never left his face and that is how he will be remembered.
A celebration of Traeger’s life will begin on Thursday, August 3, 2017 with a memorial visitation at Tezak Funeral Home, 1211 Plainfield Road, Joliet from 3:00 p.m. until the time of service in the funeral home chapel at 6:30 p.m.
