Thomas H. Zola

Thomas H. Zola "Big Tom", age 84, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 3, 2014 with his loving family by his side.

Thomas is survived by his three loving daughters, Cynthia Zola, Laura (Joe) Jelinek, and Gail (Alex) Kostueck; four cherished granddaughters, Nadia Zola, Emily (Gregory) Kazak and Rachel Jelinek, and Olivia Kostueck; sister, Judith (Walter) Lorenc; step-sister, Paula (Henry) Ales; dear family friend, Dorothy Borgra; son-in-law, Roger Hewlett; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn M. Zola (nee Enich); daughter, Sherri Hewlett; father, Thomas Zola; mother; Nina (Frank) Kos; sister, Marjorie (Richard) Jadron; and brother, Richard P. (June) Zola.

Thomas dedicated his life to his family. He was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather.

Services for Thomas will be held privately. Inurnment at Resurrection Cemetery in Romeoville. Per Thomas' wishes, cremation rites have been accorded.
