Susann M. Majetich

Susann (Sue) Majetich (nee Costa) passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 23, 2024.

A life-long Joliet, Illinois resident, she worked as a bookkeeper with Commercial Credit which eventually led her to her thirty-five-year long career as a Realtor with Remax Realty of Joliet. Sue loved helping people find the homes of their dreams. She shared that passion with her daughter, Sandy, and the two made a fabulous working team.

She loved to travel to Siesta Key, (Sarasota) Florida and spend time at the beach, with her family and friends.

Preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Majetich (2015), the pair shared 65 wonderful years together. Her parents, Frank & Lena (Tamburello) Costa of Joliet, Illinois, her brother and sisters, Dora, Jasper, Josephine, Marie and Genevieve.

She is survived by her daughters, Sharon R. Majetich of Littleton, Colorado and Sandy (Michael Molinari) Majetich-Toth of Shorewood, Illinois. One granddaughter, Kristen (Alex) Wilkinson along with her cherished great-grandsons, Nicholas and Matthew, and her sister, Rosalie Jandura along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
