Survived by his wife, Carole; daughter, Breena; mother, Kathleen, step-father, Stephen; father Steve; brothers, Aaron and Aric and sister, Alicia, step brother, Christopher George; grandparents, John (Holly) Starasinic and the late Marlene Starasinic, Ed and Patricia Koefoed, and the late James Ruddy, special aunt, Christine (Larry) Trizna uncle, John E. (Laurie) Starasinic, father and mother-in-law, Mike and Rose Czoliescz, special sister-in-law, Denise (Todd), special brother-in-law, Tim (Angie); special aunts, Diane, Karen, Sharon; uncles, Jim and Clifford. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers donations to his daughter Breena would be appreciated.
Although he has left this world his life will forever be remembered by those who knew and loved him.
A chapel service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, July 13, 2007 at 10:00 AM. Interment at St. Joseph Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday from 3-7 PM.
