Sheri Lynn Colvin

Sheri Lynn Colvin, age 41, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, October 9, 2016.
Sheri is survived by her loving son, Ricky Peters; loving mother, Bonnie Colvin (nee LeStronge); dear sister, Jennifer Colvin; dear nephews, Jayden, Gavin, and Jaxx; loving boyfriend, David Maticic; as well as numerous cousins.
Preceded in death by her father, Cary Colvin; brother, Kevin Colvin; Eddie Oakley; maternal grandparents, Richard and JoAnn LeStronge; and paternal grandparents, Delbert Sr. and Audrey Colvin; as well as numerous aunts and uncles.
Sheri enjoyed fishing and camping. She loved her pets and animals in general. Most of all Sheri treasured spending time with her son.
Memorials to the family would be appreciated.
Funeral Services for Sheri will begin on Sunday, October 16, 2016 with a visitation from 2:00 p.m. until the time of funeral service at 6:00 p.m. at Tezak Funeral Home, 1211 Plainfield Rd, Joliet, IL 60435.
Per Sheri’s wishes, cremation rites will be accorded.
