Sarah A. Flores, 48, passed away on February 24, 2023 after a long battle with a terminal illness. She was born on July 9, 1974 in Berwyn, Il
Sarah grew up in Romeoville/Bolingbrook Il, and settled in Joliet. Sarah was fiercely independent and career driven. She attended Robert Morris business College and graduated at
the top of her class, earning a bachelor's degree in business and finance. Sarah started her career as an event planner where she really enjoyed displaying her creative side. Sarah
eventually moved on to have a long and successful career as a Bank manager, where she enjoyed serving Banking customers of the Will county area. Sarah was loved by many in the
community and always greeted people with a smile. Sarah was a very creative person who loved to cook and do various crafts. She enjoyed spending time with friends and the people she
loved. Although her nephew Walter was her pride and joy, she was known to many as “Auntie Scooby” a nickname given to her by a friend's young daughter or called “Auntie Sarah” by many
children of friends and family.
She is preceded in death by her father Raul Enrique Floressafa; paternal grandparents, Emma and Raul Floressafa and maternal grandparents Walter and Genevieve Ryan. And Sue Ramsey

Survived by her mother Rita Flores( Ryan) ,her beautiful (much younger) sister Emmy Flores, brother in law Jeffrey Dickson, nephew Walter Osborne. lifelong friends (sisters) Jean Sullivan,
Lynda Larson , Jessica Barcas (cousin), Veruca Salt (cat) .God- parents Pam Kundrith (aunt) and Dan Ryan (uncle). And the many aunts, uncles, and cousins here in the United States and
in Mexico who loved her dearly.
Per family's wishes, cremation rites have been accordeded.
