Santos A. Sosa (nee Amador) Age 74. At rest Friday, October 21, 2005 at Palos Community Hospital. Loving mother of Santos (Manuel) Zavala, Rosario (Adolfo) Arias and Irene (David) Tobar; she raised four beloved grandchildren, Crestobal Mireles, Aristeo (Christina) Mireles, Irma Rodriguez and Selena Sosa. Numerous other grandchildren; great grandchildren; her loving companion, Leo Trevino; a sister, Enriqueta Arriola; a brother, Trancito Amador; nieces; nephews; and cousins also survive. Preceded in death by her husband, Esteban Sosa; a great grandson, Adam Davila; her parents, Trancito and Remedios Amador; and a brother, Augustine Amador. Santos was born in Texarkana, TX, and has resided in Joliet for the past 50 years. She was a member of the First Hispanic Baptist Church.
