Rudolph R. Castillo

Rudolph R. Castillo, age 74, at rest with his family by his side on Saturday, September 8, 2012 at the Joliet Area Community Hospice Home.

Survived by his son Steven D. Castillo; one granddaughter Miranda Castillo; three brothers and one sister, Jose (Jimmie) Castillo of Georgia, Elvira (Joseph) Ramirez of Joliet, Martin J. of Georgia and Albert P. Castillo of Rockdale; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.

Preceded in death by his loving wife of 45 years Jean Castillo (nee Vasquez); two sisters, Luz M. Calcanas, Frances M. Castillo; and five brothers Anthony M., Fabiol J., Guty A�??John,A�?i�� Raymond P., Salvador S. Castillo.

Rudolph was born in Joliet and resided in Crest Hill for over 40 years. He was proud member of The United States Navy. Rudolph was employed at Caterpillar for 32 years. He loved sports and was an avid Chicago White Sox fan. He also loved to play cards and take care of his birds.
