Rosann P. (Moon) Klen

Rosann P. (nee Moon) Klen, age 80 of Lockport, at rest on Sunday, April 29, 2018, with her family by her side.

Survived by her five children Mary Holloway, Gordon Gable, Jr., Roschelle (Roger) Vaughn, Frankie Jr., Paula (Darrin) James; one brother Clarence (late Marguerite) Moon, Jr.; 12 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive.

Preceded in death by her husbands, Gordon Gable, Sr. (1965) and Francis J. Klen, Sr. (2013), one daughter Bernadine Gable (2007) and her parents Clarence R. (1972) and Pauline (nee Marentic) (1972) Moon, Sr.

Rosann was born and raised on Abe Street in Joliet and attended Joliet Township High School. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, baking, painting and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-mother and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

A Celebration of Rosann’s life will begin on Friday, May 4, 2018 at 9:15 a.m. with prayers in the funeral home chapel then processing to St. Joseph Catholic Church in Lockport, for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Interment at St. Joseph Cemetery in Joliet.
