Rosalyn "Linda" Bedolla

On July 8, 2023, Rosalyn "Linda" (Martinez) Bedolla was called home to be with the Lord at the age of 69. Born in Joliet, IL on November 5, 1953, Rosalyn was the daughter of the late Michael A. Martinez and Dolores (Martinez) Arellano.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Francis "Kiko" Martinez ,Michael Martinez and sister Rose Marie Martinez.

Rosalyn was a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She dedicated her life to her family and was known for her hard work and loving heart.

She is survived by her loving husband of 50 years Carlos D. Bedolla; children: Michelle Bedolla, Carlos Bedolla Jr., Laura (Ruben) Bedolla Balderas and Marcos A. Bedolla; grandchildren: Cesar G. Rodriguez, Maria L. Rodriguez, Natividad Rodriguez, Aaliyah A. Bedolla, Liliana G. Balderas, Laylah V. Bedolla, Marcos A. Bedolla Jr., Lana R. Bedolla and Lorenzo F. Bedolla; great grandchildren: Keanu C. Rosa and Aaura M Rosa; and one sister Mary Martinez (Ricardo) Hernandez.

Rosalyn will be deeply missed by all who knew her but we take solace in knowing that she is now at peace with the Lord in Heaven above us all - watching over us until we meet again.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday July 13, 2023  at 10:30 am at St Bernard's Roman Catholic Church located at 1301 Sterling Ave, Joliet, IL to honor Rosalyn’s  memory and celebrate her life among those she loved so dearly here on earth . God bless you  - you will remain forever in our hearts! Cremation will follow in accordance with her wishes.
