Roger A. McCluskey, Jr. of Joliet passed away at the age of 58 on April 3, 2020.
He graduated from Lockport Township High School in 1979 before attending Joliet Junior College. He had fond memories from the time he worked as a Lockport Volunteer Firefighter and as an Emergency Tech at Silver Cross Hospital. He then went on to have a long career in supply chain. He was an avid Chicago sports fan and a local history buff. He loved “keeping the book” at baseball games and had an extensive knowledge of pop culture and trivia.
He is survived by his former spouse Debbie (nee Cottrell); his three sons Adam, Alex (Amanda) and Tyler McCluskey; and granddaughter Claire McCluskey.
Proceeded in death by his parents, Roger A. McCluskey Sr. and Judith (Nee Stafford) and infant brother, Robert McCluskey.
As a concern for family and friends due to the COVID-19 pandemic, a private family gathering has already taken place.
