Robert T. Welz ""Uncle Bob"" Age 77. At rest Wednesday, January 4, 2006 at Provena St. Joseph Medical Center due to Pulmonary Fibrosis. Survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Lucille ""Louann"" (nee Pruss) Welz; father of Robert (Connie), Jamie Alan, Randall (late Leslie, 1995); grandfather of Jessica, Katie, Elizabeth, Andrew and Sarah; three sisters, Gerry (late Jerry) Wilson, Margie (late Laverne) Morey and Audrey (Rich) Churnovic; brother, Glen (Mary Lou) Welz; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Born in Joliet. Preceded in death by his parents, Anthony and Linda (nee Schultz) Welz; sister, Mae Rose (Richard) Swan; and brother, Charles L. (Mona Rae) Welz. Veteran of the U.S. Army. Member of the Joliet Rivals Club and the K.S.K.J. Lodge #2. Bob was an avid bowler in the K.S.K.J. Men's League for many years. Contributions to the American Lung Association will be appreciated.
