Robert J. Madl

Robert J. Madl "Bob," age 72, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 18, 2013 with his loving family and friends by his side.

Bob is survived by his children, Kathi Madl, Michael Madl (Patricia); brother, Richard (Joyce) Madl; nephews, Kevin (Kristen) Madl and Christopher Madl; and grandfather to Corey.

Preceded in death by his beloved wife, Kathleen Madl (nee Karis); parents, John and Frieda (nee Franz) Madl.

Bob was a medical technician for over 40 years. He was a personal computer enthusiast and everyone's IT support. He enjoyed canoeing with his friend Don, capturing the perfect picture and was an avid reader. Bob will be dearly missed.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Robert's name may be made to the American Diabetes Association.

A celebration of Bob's life will begin on Sunday, December 22, 2013 with a memorial visitation at Tezak Funeral Home from 1-4 p.m. A service will conclude visiting hours at 4:00 p.m. Per Bob's wishes cremation rites have been accorded. Inurnment will be held at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery at a later date.
