Robert "Bob" E. Jacksetich

Robert E. Jacksetich, “Bob” age 64, a lifelong resident of Joliet and later Homer Glen passed away suddenly on Tuesday, December 25, 2018.

Bob is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Lynn Jacksetich; daughter, Nikkie Jacksetich; sister, Ann Marie (Joseph) Sallese; many beloved nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by his parents, Ernest and Leona Jacksetich.

Bob was a music enthusiast and a huge fan of the Beatles. He also enjoyed cooking and caring for his dog, Penny. He was the owner and operator of Cherry Sound for 25 years. Bob greatly enjoyed spending time with his family and hanging out with his many friends. He will be truly missed by many.

A celebration of Bob’s life will begin on Saturday, December 29, 2018 with a visitation at Tezak Funeral Home, 1211 Plainfield Road, Joliet from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. A service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Sunday, December 30, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. the family invites relatives and friends to gather from 10:00 until the time of service. Per Robert’s wishes cremation rites will be accorded following the visitation.
