Robert F. Doszak "" Bobby D"" Age 42, at rest Saturday August 6, 2011 at Silver Cross Hospital. Survived by his loving family; daughter Jessica Doszak, father Robert Doszak, sister Kim (Dan) Doglio, brother Chris Doszak, grandmother Dorothy Doszak, niece and nephews Emma Doglio, Danny Doglio and Jaxon Doszak. Also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Preceded in death by his mother Judith Doszak, paternal grandfather Stanley Doszak , maternal grandparents Nina and Fritz Malsky and Godmother and aunt Loretta Roper. Bobby was born in Joliet and a lifelong resident. Graduate of Joliet Catholic High School. He worked throughout the Joliet area for many years for several beer distributors as a truck driver. He had a passion for music. At the age of 3 he began playing drums in his dad"s polka band. Throughout his life he played with many bands of various genres. He was the host of ""Polka Showcase"" radio show heard on Sundays throughout the Joliet area. He was a member and past officer of numerous civic clubs and associations in the Joliet area. In lieu of flowers, donations to be used according to the family"s wishes would be appreciated.

A Celebration of Bobby"s Life will be held at the funeral home chapel Thursday August 11, 2011 at 11AM. Visitation will be Wednesday August 10, 2011 from 4 to 8PM. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery.
