Robert "Bob" C. Buldak

Robert “Bob” C. Buldak, 86, passed away on Sunday, October 6, 2024 in Joliet, IL.

Robert was born in Joliet and long-time resident. He retired in 1998 from the American Hospital Association in Chicago. He was also a member of the American Society of Association Executives C.P.E. He was a loving husband, father, grandpa, great grandpa and will be dearly missed.

He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years Diana G. (nee Miller) Buldak; children: Charles Buldak (Andrew), Thomas (Jacqueline) Buldak, James (Gina) Buldak, Christopher (Marianne) Buldak and Bradley (Stephanie) Buldak, daughter in law: Pilar Buldak. Also surviving him are his grandchildren: Jessica (Kevin) McCormick, Jennifer (Kyle) Hurd, Amanda (Jorge) Nieves, Aaron Buldak, Alex (Kristin) Buldak, Isabella Buldak, Cooper Buldak and Bella; three great grandchildren: StellaMar and Louis Buldak, Brody Hurd and Esteban Nieves as well as a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his son, Brian Buldak; parents: Charles A. and Tillie F. (nee Kolman) Buldak and his sister and brother-in-law Marilyn and Jack Oldani of Orange, TX.

Memorial visitation will be held on Friday, October 18, 2024 from 9:00 am to 10:00 am in the nativity room at St Mary Nativity Catholic Church, 706 N. Broadway St, Joliet, IL. with mass of Christian burial to follow at 10:00 am in the church. Inurnment will follow at St Joseph Cemetery, 1500 N. Raynor, Joliet,IL.
