Age 71, at rest Friday April 10, 2009 at the Adventist Bolingbrook Hospital. Survived by his beloved wife of forty seven years Patricia J. (nee Gnidovec) Marco; loving father of Richard Anthony (Jeannine) Marco; dearest grandfather of Alexander and Dominic Marco; one sister Mary Jane (Lloyd) Carlson; brother and sisters-in-law Gene (Ann) Gnidovec, Linda Gnidovec and Rene (Gerald) Fronek. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded by his parents Dominic and Louise (nee Baldazzi) Marco and one brother Frank Marco. Richard was born in Joliet and a lifelong resident. Owner and operator of Marco Motors in Joliet.
The Family of Richard L. Marco invites relatives and friends to join them in celebrating a memorial mass at Holy Cross Catholic Church on Friday May 1,2009 at 10:00 AM, the family will receive relatives and friends at church starting at 9:30 AM, no funeral home visitation.
