Richard L. Kevish ""Bird"" Age 71, at rest Saturday November 7, 2009 at Provena St. Joseph Medical Center. Survived by his beloved wife of eleven years Violet (nee Mydler) Kevish, loving father of Michelle (Terry) Smith, Michael, Jennifer (Brian) Montello, Norma (James) Boyajean, Roger Mydler, Brenda (Samuel) Fulsher, Brian Mydler, dear mother Frances (nee Majetich), dearest grandfather of fourteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren, one sister Patricia (Robert) Mau, two brothers Ronald (Judy) and Donald (Debra) Kevish also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by an infant son David louis, his father Louis Kevish and one brother Robert Kevish. Richard was born in Joliet and a life long resident. He retired from Bra-kur Cabinet after 30 years of service. He was an avid fisherman and hunter and loved his garden.

Chapel services will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday November 11, 2009 at 10am. Interment St. Mary Nativity Cemetery Visitation will be Tuesday from 3 to 8 pm
