Age 9 months, called Home to be an angel on Tuesday, April 15, 2008 at Provena St. Joseph Medical Center, Joliet.
Beloved son of Sergio Hernandez and Tammy Fonseca. Also survived by his sisters Mya, Celeste, Becky, Abigail and Angel and brothers Isaac and Anthony, maternal grandmother Linda Fonseca, and paternal grandmother Maria Hernandez and by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Preceeded in death by his maternal grandfather Richard Fonseca, maternal great-grandparents Thomas and Louise Morris and Jose and Mary Fonseca, great uncles Rudy Fonseca and Anthony Lopez.
Ritchie will always be remembered for his beautiful smile, contagious laugh and cheerful spirit that God gave him. He was a gorgeous baby who was cherished by all of those that loved him. He brought joy to everyone that knew him. Ritchie will be deeply missed and will be in our hearts forever.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the family would be greatly appreciated.
From where services will be held on Friday April 25, 2008 at 9:30 AM to Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church for a Mass of the Angels at 10 AM. Visitation at Tezak Funeral Home on Thursday, April 24, 2008 from 2 - 8 PM. Interment will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
