Richard M. Craig, age 63, at rest on Wednesday, March 29, 2017 with his loving family by his side.
Richard is survived by his children, Greg (Dawn) Craig, Richard (Donna) Craig, Amanda (Jeff) Dalrymple; 13 grandchildren; 1 great-granddaughter; parents, Richard A. and Willetta M. (nee Roberts) Craig; siblings, Jeff (Sandy) Craig, Dave (Judy) Craig, Bob (Kristy) Craig, Randy (Denise Fisk) Craig, Cathy (Darle) Olsen, Loretta (Gord) Bowman and Barbara (Joel) Pejkovich; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Preceded in death by his wife, Mary Craig (2004).
Richard was a proud United States Army Veteran. He was employed by Kerr Glass and Eagle Express. Richard loved spending time with his family and friends, especially goofing around with his grandchildren. He also enjoyed riding his Harley, woodworking and bowling. He will be dearly missed.
A celebration of Richard’s life will begin on Monday, April 3, 2017 with a memorial visitation at Tezak Funeral Home, 1211 Plainfield Road, Joliet from 3:00 p.m. until the time of service to be held in the funeral home chapel at 7:30 p.m. Per Richard’s wishes cremation rites have been accorded.
