Passed away after battling cancer.
He is survived by his loving wife-to-be, Karen Carrero; his mother, Lillia Munoz; his four children and eleven grandchildren, Ricardo Munoz Jr. (Connie), grandchildren (Isabel, Ricardo III), Yolonda Munoz, grandchildren (Raul Valladolid Jr., Jose Perez III, Julian Perez), Renee Munoz, grandchildren (Joseph, Juan, Aaron and Angel Gonzales), Roxanne Munoz (Cesar Franchini), grandchildren (Reyna, Brianna Franchini); unrelated son, Joseph Gonzales; brothers and sisters, Eloisa (Emileo) Abeyta of Lubbock, TX, Gloria (Albert) Barajas of Aurora, IL, Alicia Nino, Anne Camacho (Jesse Pena), Rene (Judy) Munoz, Ruben (Claudia) Munoz, Jose (Rosie) Munoz of Houston, TX, Raul (Julie) Munoz. Preceded by his father, Juan R. Munoz; and brothers, Juan Munoz, Jr., Eulalio Munoz and Ernesto Munoz.
Memorial visitation on Sunday, March 22, 2009 from 4 to 8 PM. Prayer services Sunday, at 7 PM, with Fr. John Doyle officiating.
