Peggy Marie Bartolotta (nee Loughran) of Naperville, born May 12, 1960 in Joliet, IL to Francis and Sadie Loughran, after a brief illness, passed away on May 11, 2024 with her loved ones by her side.
Peggy dedicated her life to those she loved. From the time she was little, she made an impression on people with her generosity and strength. She raised two daughters with pride and devotion. She enjoyed tending to the numerous plants in their garden, taking long walks on the nature trail, hot yoga, hosting gatherings and entertaining friends and family. Peggy loved to cook and bake and could always deliver the favorite dish with ease. She had boundless energy from motherhood to grandmotherhood, and the kids were always the light of her life.
Peggy was preceded in death by her brother John Loughran in infancy.
She is survived by her loving parents Francis Loughran Jr. and Sadie Loughran (nee Malnar), her devoted husband Paul Bartolotta, her children Lauren (Adam) Skiba (nee Viscum), Kristen Viscum, Abigail (Brian) Flynn, Andrew (Sydney) Bartolotta, and Matthew (Ann) Bartolotta. Also surviving are her siblings Francis (Allyson) Loughran III, Patrick Loughran, Michael (Michelle) Loughran, William Loughran, and Ann (James) Schrader.
