Patrick J. Ballak, age 60, passed away suddenly at his home on Tuesday, December 30, 2014.
Patrick is survived by his loving daughters, Ann Ballak, Tiffany (Efrain Gomez) Ballak, and Suzan (Alfredo) Gonzalez; grandchildren, Armando Ballak, Christopher and Anthony Wilmoth, Heaven Gonzalez, and Carlos Gomez; one sister, Barb Berscheid; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Preceded in death by his parents, Anthony and Evelyn (nee Foreman) Ballak.
Patrick was employee at Kittle Automotive for many years and also worked as a private mechanic for John Leach. He was a standing member at the Moran Athletic Club His passion was working on cars and attending car shows. He will be truly missed.
A celebration of Patrick's life will begin on Saturday, January 3, 2015 with a visitation at Tezak Funeral Home, 1211 Plainfield Rd, Joliet, IL 60435 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service to be held in the funeral home chapel at 2:00 p.m. Per Patrick's wishes cremation rites have been accorded. Inurnment will be held privately at a later date.
