Loving mother of Dixie (Terry) Forsberg, Dana (Walter) Schwarz, Kathy Gates (Peter Clarke), Craig (Jola) Gates, Richard (Jennifer) Gates, Robin (Ronald) Cabay, and Mary (Clayton) Leonard; ten grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and one cat.
Preceded in death by her husband, David Osborne; her sister, Mary Lou Dowell; and her parents, Clarence and Nellie (nee Bosworth) Flaherty.
Patricia was born and raised in Des Moines, Iowa. She moved to Rolling Meadows, IL after her retirement, where she lived the last 10 years.
Patricia was a devoted mother and grandmother. She loved all animals, knitting and spending time with her family.
A Chapel Service will be held at the Funeral Home on Monday, October 1, 2007 beginning at 11:30 AM. Pastor Craig Lord will be officiating. Interment will be held at Elmhurst Cemetery. Visitation will be on Sunday from 3-8 PM.
