Ontario R. Taper, Jr. age 8 months, died Monday, January 24, 2011.
Survived by his parents, Meghan Mellendorf and Ontario R. Taper, Sr., sisters Ashari M. Taper and Za-Kyra D. Taper; grandparents Ulysses Jacobs, Delores Quin and Norman (Terri) Taper; aunts, Marilyn Hursey, Tanya (Marcellus) Kelly, Tiffany (Terrell, Sr.) Thompson, Tammy Kelly, Holly Mellendorf, Adreanna Taper, Ashley Taper; uncles, Dallas Kelly, Johnathan Taper; cousins, Shevelle Love, Shanae Love, Demari Dawson, Tania Dawson, Terell Thompson, Jr., Terron Thompson, and Dakota Kelly. Also survived by his special friend and godfather Dawayne Taborn.
He was preceded by his grandmother Deborah Mellendorf and his uncle Jason Kelly
A celebration of Ontario"s Life will begin with Mass at Sacred Heart Church, 337 S. Ottawa Street, Joliet, on Friday, January, 28, 2011 at 10 AM. Visitation will start at the church at 9 AM. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
