Age 75 At rest Wednesday November 23, 2007 at Provena St. Joseph Hospital. Suddenly with her family by her side.
Survived by her Husband of 54 years, Donald J. Cleghorn. Loving Mother of Linda (Peter Kirschhoffer) Cleghorn, Gary (Barbara) Cleghorn, David (Eileen) Cleghorn, Chris (Dale) Gerritsen and Kurt (Susan) Cleghorn Daughter in Law Cindy (late Scott) Cleghorn. Dear Grandmother of 12 grandchildren; two sisters Marie Ann (late Frank) Bueche, and Martha Jane (Harold) Coleman, two brothers Richard ""Butch"" (Marilou) and Larry (Jo) Schroeder also survived by numerous Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
Preceded in death by her son Scott Parents Louis J. & Lela C. (nee Merrill) Schroeder, one brother Robert ""Bud"" (Rita) Schroeder
Nancy was born in Mishawaka, Indiana and lived in Joliet Most of her lifetime. Active Member of St. John"s Catholic Church Parish, involved in the Resurrection Choir, Golden Friends, Eucharistic Ministry, Pastoral Council, Sacred Heart League, School Board, Athletic Association and P.T.O. She received the Woman of the Year Award. The St. John"s Food Pantry was a source of enjoyment for Nancy. Nancy was devoted to her family she especially enjoyed her time with her sisters and brothers. She loved the lake, reading, music gardening. Nancy enjoyed lifelong friendships with many members of the community, and will be dearly missed.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the St. John"s food pantry or St. John"s Catholic Church would be appreciated.

From where services will be held Tuesday 10:00AM to St. John"s Catholic Church for mass of Christian burial at 10:30 am Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery. Visitation Monday from 4 to 8 pm.
