Nancy A. Johnson

Age 57. Born on July 24, 1951 to Joseph and Doris Johnson of Lockport, IL. Lived in Chicago for the past 30 years and than passed away after a courageous battle of cancer on Sunday, December 7, 2008 with family by her side at the Joliet Area Community Hospice Home. Nancy is survived by her loving daughters, Kelly Johnson of Chicago and Stephanie Allen of DeKalb; grandchildren Tatyiana Callymore, Danasia Hicks, Elisha, Zion and Jonah Allen; mother Doris Johnson of Joliet; sisters Jackie (Bill) Entwistle of Wisconsin, Ardis (Jim) Gregorash of Joliet; two brothers Joe (Donna) Johnson of Las Vegas, Nevada and also numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her father Joseph Johnson Jr. Nancy will be missed by all who knew and loved her strong, loving and giving spirit. Nancy"s Family would like to express a special thank you to the caregivers at the Joliet Area Community Hospice Home for taking such wonderful care of Nancy and making her feel as special as she was. Private services were held.
