Michelle D. Wolz (nee Porebski), Age 47, at peace on Monday, May 26, 2014.

Michelle is survived by her beloved husband, Randy Wolz; loving mother, Eve Porebski (nee Plovanich); loving father, Lee Porebski; dearest mother-in-law and father-in-law, Sandy and Larry Wolz; loving sister-in-law, Lori (Marc) Bowen; dear nephews, Adam and Kyle Kurtz and Bryce Bowen; numerous loving aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive.

Preceded in death by her dear brother, Mark Porebski; and loving grandparents.

Michelle said that the last years were the happiest of her life. She will be deeply missed.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be offered to the family.

Funeral services for Michelle will begin with a visitation on Monday, June 2, 2014 from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service to be held at 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery in Romeoville. Visitation will be held Sunday, June 1, 2014 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Tezak Funeral Home, 1211 Plainfield Rd, Joliet, IL 60435.
