Michael A. Roos

Michael A. Roos, age 69, entered into eternal life on Friday, January 1, 2016 surrounded by his loving family.
Michael is survived by his beloved wife, Sheila (nee Mullins); children, Pamela Hamilton, Patricia Roos, and Gerren Roos; step-children, Jennifer Mullins, Jerry Stackhouse Jr., Jessica McCullum, and Michael McCullum; seven grandchildren; two sisters, Judi Groskopf and Catherine (Norm) Misner; three brothers, Bill Roos, Bob (Julia) Roos, and Rick (Donna) Pinkus; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by his parents, Einard and Elsie (nee Kamba) Roos; daughter, Genie Roos.
Michael was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force.
A Celebration of Michael’s life will begin on Wednesday, January 6, 2016, with a visitation from 9:30 a.m. until the time of funeral service to begin at 11:00 a.m. at Elwood Community Church, 101 N. Chicago Street, Elwood, IL 60421. Interment to follow at Maple Hill Cemetery in Elwood. There will be no services held at the funeral home.
