Mary G. (Lesniak) Zagoda
August 15, 1908 — December 16, 2006
Age 98, at rest Saturday December 16, 2006 at Sunny Hill Nursing Home.
Survived by her son, Donald M. (Peg) Zagoda of Frankfort; grandmother of Kenneth and John Zagoda, Janice (Justin) Williams; great grandmother of Matthew Shunk Sister Stella Rodeghero of Lockport; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
Preceded by her husband, Matthew Zagoda; daughter Gloria Zagoda; parents, George and Sophia (nee Kielbasa) Lesniak; sisters, Kate Zaworski, Julia Lesniak and Wanda Dulny, Brothers Zygmant, Frank and Adam.
Mary was born in Joliet and a Lifelong resident. Previously employed in the cafeteria services Dept. at U.S. Steel and Weir and Illinois Bell Telephone. Member of CCE of St. Thaddeus Church also Volunteered at Provena St. Joseph Medical Center for several years. Memorial to Friends of Sunny Hill 421 Doris Ave. Joliet, IL. 60433 will be appreciated.

From where services will be held Tuesday December 19, 2006 at 9:30 am to St. Joseph Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am. Interment St. Joseph Cemetery Visitation Monday 2 to 8 pm.
