Mary Ann Blevins- Woolard
Age 72, at rest on Wednesday January 25, 2012 at Provena St. Joseph Medical Center in Joliet. Preceded in death by her beloved husband David Woolard, a brother Joseph Heizer II, and a nephew Joseph Heizer III.
Survived by her loving daughters Debra (Chris) Vincent, and Mary Ellen (Dennis Jr.) Dragon. Dear grandchildren Anthony, Jillian, Brandon, Sam, Noelle, and Joey. Nephew Larry Heizer of Elbert, West Virginia, and niece Betty Ann Sprouse of Welch, West Virginia.
Mary Ann was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and a dear friend to many. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Funeral Services for Mary Ann Woolard will be celebrated on Monday January 30, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Fr. Doyle officiating. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday 4-8 p.m. and again Monday morning from 8:30 a.m. until time of services at Tezak's Home to Celebrate Life.
