Mary E. Walsh

Mary E. Walsh (nee Juricic), age 63, passed away on Wednesday, October 1, 2014 with her loving daughters by her side.
Mary is survived by her daughters, Janet (Brian) Bucciarelli, Kim (Dale) Bakalar, Michelle (Samuel Cornejo) Hamdan, Nicole Hamdan; grandchildren, Lexi and Alyssa Bucciarelli, Sofia and Nathan Cornejo, Geno Alvarez; siblings, John Juricic, Charles (Cindy) Juricic, Genevieve Harvey and Shirley Juricic; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Preceded in death by her loving husband, Donald Walsh; parents, Paul and Frances Juricic; siblings, Paul Juricic Jr. and Joyce Horwath.
Mary was born and raised in Joliet, IL and was a member of the Joliet 300 Moose Lodge. Her grandchildren were the light of her life and she loved spending time with them. Mary was an avid Chicago Blackhawk's fan; she loved going out to eat and going shopping with her family and friends. She was a very generous and giving person who will be dearly missed.
A celebration of Mary's life will begin on Monday, October 6, 2014 with prayers in the funeral home chapel at 9:20 a.m. then driving in procession to St. Joseph Catholic Church in Joliet for a Mass of Christian Burial to be held at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at SS Cyril and Methodius Catholic Cemetery in Joliet. Visitation will be on Sunday, October 5, 2014 at Tezak Funeral Home, 1211 Plainfield Road, Joliet from 4-8 p.m.
