Mary Sukley (née Radich)

Age 96 of Crest Hill, passed away peacefully on Saturday May 22, 2021 with her family by her side in the home where she was born.

Mary was born on August 11, 1924 and was the daughter of Joseph and Mary (Majnarich) Radich.  She attended Chaney Grade School and Lockport Township High School.  Mary enjoyed traveling, needlework, and working in her yard.

She was preceded in death by her husband Tony; parents: Joseph and Mary; brothers: Larry, Joseph, and Bill, and son-in-law: Ron.

Mary is survived by her daughters: Mary Sleezer, Debby (late Ron) Carlson, and Susan (Tony) Horyza, and granddaughter: Sarah Carlson.

Family will receive relatives and friends for a visitation on Friday, May 28, 2021 from 9:30 a.m. until time of closing prayers beginning at 10:30 a.m. Following prayers, the funeral will process to St. Anne’s Catholic Church in Crest Hill for a Mass of Christian Burial beginning at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow and Mary will be laid to rest at Saint Mary Nativity Catholic Cemetery.
