Age 86. At rest on Wednesday, October 8, 2008 at Provena St. Joseph Medical Center.
Survived by her sons, Sergei and Mark Casper; sister-in-law, Ann Casper; also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Preceded in death by her husband, Theodore Casper; parents, Frank and Mary (Dranchak); and granddaughter, Alexandria Casper.
Born in Joliet. Long time member of St. Nicholas Orthodox Church, Ladies Aid and Altar Circle, The R. Club, Choir, had served on the Parish Council for many years and enjoyed teaching Sunday School.
Mary was a kind, loving and devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who was also very dedicated to her church and religion. She was a blessing to all her family, friends and neighbors. She was greatly loved and she will be greatly missed. Memory Eternal Veechnaya Pamyat
Mary Casper will lie in state on Saturday, October 11, 2008 at St. Nicholas Orthodox Church from 9:00 AM until the time of the service at 10:30 AM.
Entombment will be at
Woodlawn Cemetery.
