Maria Trinidad Velasco

Loving mother, Maria Trinidad Velasco will be remembered with love long after her passing.

Maria Trinidad passed away on December 17, 2021 at the age of 82, surrounded by loved ones who will live to honor her memory.

Maria Trinidad was a woman of faith, she enjoyed life and family to the fullest. She was an extraordinary mother, wife, grandmother, sister and friend. She will be greatly missed.

Maria Trinidad is survived by her husband: Aurelio; her daughters: Georgina & husband Eusebio Torres, and Teresa & husband Luis Allende; her sister: Clementina Herrera and many grandchildren.

Family will receive relatives and friends for a visitation on Wednesday, December 22, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Tezak Funeral Home, 1211 Plainfield Road in Joliet. At 6:00 p.m. a Rosary Prayer Service will begin followed by the funeral service beginning at 6:30 p.m. A private interment will be held at a later date and Maria Trinidad will be laid to rest at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Joliet next to her son, Mariano Velasco who passed in 2018.
