Margaret ""Marge"" Kerwin
(nee Petrilla)
Passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side, June 14, 2006. She was born
January 10, 1929 to George and Anna (Daniel) Petrilla. Survived by her loving husband, John M. Kerwin of Joliet; children, Karen (Dale) O'Connell, Robert (Karen) Kerwin, Holly Kerwin and Mary Kay (Stephen) McGrath; nine grandchildren, Kelli, Casey, Katie and Kevin O'Connell, Jennifer and Stacey Kerwin; Mary Grace, Margaret ""Maggie"" and Sean McGrath; sisters, Elizabeth ""Betty"" Vargo, Barbara Pekar, and Helen Graf; brother, George (Helen) Petrilla; numerous nieces and nephews; and her loving caregiver, Annick Sandretto. Preceded in death by her parents, George and Anna (Daniel) Petrilla; sisters, Ann Studer and May Mucha (Molnar); brothers-in-law, John Vargo, Louis Molnar, Ed Mucha, Harvey Stu-der, John Pekar and John Graf. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend to everyone she met. She was also a devoted fan to her loving grandchildren's every day endeavors. Her smile and laughter will be truly missed. She was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church's Lady Aid, the Senior Citizen's Association, St. John's bowling league, and a lifetime member of Cunnignham PTA. Marge will Lie in State at Hope Lutheran Church Saturday from 9:30 until time of service. Interment St. Mary Nativity Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home Friday from 2 to 8 PM.
