Lynn E. Moody

Lynn E. Moody (nee Barciszewski), age 49, at peace after a courageous battle with cancer on Wednesday, December 11, 2013.

Lynn is survived by her loving husband of 28 years, David Moody; her beloved children, Elise, Kevin, Ryan, Jenna and Brett Moody; one granddaughter, Kayleigh Lynn Martin; her siblings, Jim (Jeanne) Barciszewski, Nancy (John) Cicero and Jan (Dave) Bachar; brother-in-law, Gary (the late Terri) Roldan. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.

Preceded in death by her parents, Stephen and Carol (nee Webster) Barciszewski; father-in-law, Donald Moody; nephew, Aiden Zachary (in infancy).

Lynn grew up in Bellwood, IL and enjoyed nothing more than being an outstanding mother and wife. She loved to be active in all of her children's sporting events and school events. Lynn enjoyed going out to dinner with her Bosom Buddy friends and spending time with her sisters and close friends. Lynn also enjoyed working for the family business, Midwest Clean Care, baking, hiking and camping. Her favorite time of the year was Christmas. Lynn had a very strong and spiritual religious faith as a parishioner of St. Anne Catholic Church. She will be truly missed.

A celebration of Lynn's life will begin on Monday, December 16, 2013 with prayers in the Tezak Funeral Home chapel at 9:30 a.m. then moving in procession to St. Anne Catholic Church in Crest Hill for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery in Romeoville. Visitation will be on Sunday, December 15, 2013 at Tezak Funeral Home from 3-9 p.m.
