At rest Tuesday March 6, 2007 at Sunny Hill Nursing Home. Survived by her daughter, Dianne L. Seeman; son Richard (Carolyn) Seeman of Morton IL.; grandchildren, LeeAnn Roe and Rick (Julie) Seeman; great grandchildren, Phoebe and Alex Roe, Jacob, Kevin and Lucas Seeman; three sisters, Hazel (Woody) Rutell, Fern (late Curtis) Jones, Shirley (late Orville) Yowell; three brothers, Maurice (late Claire), Ahron (Jenny) and George (Anna) Knoop. Also survived by numerous nieces nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Seeman (1981); parents William and Freda (nee Luehrs) Knoop; and sister Florence (Harry) Thompson. Lorraine was born in Peotone, IL. and resided in the Elwood and Joliet area's most of her lifetime. Retired in 1965 from Laraway School. Member of Ladies aid of St. Peter Lutheran Church and the Jackson Twp. Twilighters. Former member of Elwood Community Church and the Mary Martha Circle of the Elwood Community church.
