Lorraine was a wonderful and dedicated caregiver for her husband Grant who developed Alzheimer's before his passing in 2014. As she raised her children, Lorraine’s house was always known to be the neighborhood hangout for all the kids and of course she always had snacks ready for them. When her children grew older, she worked as a dietary assistant at Provena St. Joseph Medical Center for 10 years. After her retirement, Lorraine volunteered at Our Lady for Angels and at St. Joseph Medical Center. She was a longtime member of St. Paul the Apostle Church.
Lorraine's greatest joy was being with her family, friends, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She flourished the past 4 years at the Timbers of Shorewood, making many new friends and being involved in all the activities and events. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends, her memory will live in our hearts forever. We love you.
The family would like to offer a special thank you to caregiver and good friend Amy for all the help she has given our family, we were truly blessed to have you.
