Loretta M. (Pantol) Lilek
August 19, 1933 — August 25, 2016
Loretta M. Lilek (nee Pantol), age 83, entered into eternal life on Thursday, August 25, 2016 at the Joliet Area Community Hospice Home surrounded by her loving family.
Survived by her beloved husband of 64 years, Gene. Loving mother of Diane (Tom) Watson of Joliet, IL, Sherry (Bill) Birthisel of Las Vegas, Nevada, Jo Ann “Jody” (Dennis) Clark of Shorewood, IL. Also survived by cherished grandchildren, Brian (Michele) Watson, Kristin Watson, Tylor and Dylan (Betty Carvajal) Birthisel, Courtney (Mark Kotas) Clemens, Austin Hanohano; adorable great grandchildren whom she was Nana to, Lyla and Jarod Watson, Nathan Birthisel, and Olivia Kotas; dear sisters, Lottie (Dick, dec.) Matile, Alice (Eddie, dec.) Podobnik; dear brother, Frank (Audrey, dec.) Pantol. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
Preceded in death by her parents, Peter and MaryAnn (nee Marchel) Pantol; sisters, Stella (Jake) Koerner, Stephanie (Joe) Patrick, Jeanette (Lawrence) Koerner, Bernice (Elmer) Koerner; brother, Walter (Doris) Pantol; as well as nieces and nephews.
Loretta was born in and a lifelong resident of Joliet. She was a member of the Senior Association Club.

At Loretta’s request no formal services will be held. Cremation rites will be accorded. Inurnment at Woodlawn Memorial Park will be private.
