Lillian T. (Buchar) Cop

Lillian T. (nee Buchar) Cop, age 89, entered eternal life on Monday, October 23, 2017.
Lillian is survived by her sister, Alice Minnick. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
Preceded in death by her husband; Albert F. Cop; her parents; Joseph and Frances (Bregar) Buchar; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Frank and Antonia (Vidmar) Cop; brothers-in-law, Calvin C. Minnick, Anthony (Dorothy) Cop, William Cop, Frank Cop; sister-in-law, Mary Cop and nephew, Mark Minnick.
Lillian was lifelong resident of Joliet. She worked for many years and retired from Troughtons Clothing Store.
She enjoyed quilting and making dolls. Lillian was a volunteer at Senior Service Center and a lifetime member of St. Mary Nativity Catholic Church.
She will be truly missed.
A Celebration of Lillian’s life will begin on Friday, October 27, 2017 with a visitation from 9:00 a.m. until a prayer service at 10:20 a.m. at Tezak Funeral Home (1211 Plainfield Road - Joliet, IL) then driving in procession to St. Mary Nativity Catholic Church in Joliet for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Mary Nativity Cemetery in Crest Hill.
