Katherine A. Cecil

Katherine A. Cecil, age 70, of Joliet, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 4, 2012. Survived by her loving son Paul David Cecil, Jr., sisters and brothers Virginia (Donald) Krall, Jayne Juricic, Jimmy (Jane) Juricic, Terry (Marilynn) Juricic, and Augie (Teresa) Juricic; brother-in-law David Lachowski; also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents August R. and Lorraine G. (nee Heaney) Juricic; two brothers Teddy and Eugene Juricic and sister Melissa Lachowski.
Kathie earned her degree in liberal arts from GovernorA�??s State University, retired in 1998 from AT&T, a life member of the AT&T Pioneers and a loyal fan of the Chicago White Sox. She was a dedicated employee of the University of St. Francis in the safety and security department.
